Do all heavy attacks restore the same amount of stamina?

Hey guys,

does it matter if I heavy attack with sword and board or an 2h wrapon, will I get the same amount of stamina back ?

    No, different weapon types give different quantities.

    So a SNB heavy restores less compared to a 2h heavy?

    The longer the cast time of the heavy attack, the more ressources it will restore.

    WW has the highest BAT for it's Heavy Attack and restores the least.

    Yea because of what this guy said. WW is a weapon type.

    WW has been bad for a while. Many qol things zos refuses to do.

    This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.
