Friendly skills do not (spell) resist your attempts to use them.

*EDIT: Extreme exception - if there is a skill/set that heals based on % damage done, then it would affect the resulting heal. But these will be few and far between, and thus not worth building around. (Bahraha's, for instance) Final hit on Restro attack, too, though it's very small compared to your other heals.

You will still get benefit from spell crit, however.
