I said the forum was completely useless and I was correct.

"Completely useless?" Why are you on the forum if it's "completely useless?"

This forum is very useful for reading information on patches/changes to the game, and the pop-ups giving information on events are extremely helpful to those of us who wouldn't know about them otherwise.

Ok, not useless. Complete crap from technical point of view sounds better to you?

Thank you for adding the "Participated" section into the top bar, that is really helpful! Having to constantly go into account options to reach them was very annoying :)

Remove the question answered popup on mobile im not gonna go back and click yes on 100 pages of questions either remove or gimme a check all delete option. Also remove the save as draft pop up it blocks the submit button on all my devices.

Remove and close old sticky threads on pts this last round was a nightmare.

Opening a thread from the participated link STILL switches the forum to a different language (gb to us for example).
The top bar with dev tracker takes even longer to load than few days ago.

What are you doing over there? Wait, let me answer it myself - nothing.

Seconding this. The ignore function basically doesn't work. I still see their threads, and you even see their main thread post as well, and you see their quoted messages.

It always takes me to the first unread post of a thread - provided, of course, I'm logged in and was logged in when I last visited the thread. That's on my PCs, I've no idea about on my phone as I don't bother to log in on that as I never post with it.

It's a hit and miss really. Sometimes it indeed does, and quite often it doesn't.
And when it does, the damn horizontal links bar covers the upper part of the post. I'm just like WTF?! every time I have to use the forums.

People keep posting about bugs and issue about their main class in the General Section to get more attention.

BIG slap in the face to anyone posting in the appropriate section and not polluting the General Section with non-gerenal-at-all threads for which a dedicated section exists.

At this point I guess it's useless to behave properly in here, will start posting in the General section instead of the bug section and anyone could be encouraged to do the same since it seems there is no problem at all.

    Misrule at its best.

No, the point of this thread is to leave feedback regarding the functionality of the forum itself. Nothing else.

Well it's not very functional the General Section when you have to dig among a lot of bug reports, build questions and nerf crusaders while there are appropriate sections for bug and combat, skills and builds.

edit: I see the thread title has been changed, the title wasn't that at the time I've posted, months ago.

"NOT content" part has been added. Just getting things straight.

This is a pretty common off the shelve forum software, so you should probably direct that question to the creators of said software. They have a website where you can contact them.

I could apply your logic to almost any thread in the General forum and move all of them to sub forums including your post which would get moved to a complaints sub forum.

Where does it end? I mean the General forum would be empty because we are not permitted to talk about anything not ESO related.

General section on almost any forum contains a mixed bag of subjects this is nothing new.

True that. The forum remains as almost unusably bad as it's been since the Great Revamp.

Assuming (I know!) that the language selection is built into the forum software, rather than something ZOS have hacked together, you have to admit breaking it is an impressive feat.
Even on the internet, clear communication is important; it can be the difference between "helping your Uncle Jack off a horse" and "helping your uncle jack off a horse"; the difference between "knowing your s***" and "knowing you're s***".

@ZOS replies not showing up on dev tracker, coders really need a kick up the whatsit if this still isn't automatic ;) although calling it Dev Tracker is a bit of an oxymoron, maybe change it to Z Tracker as 95% of the posts aren't from devs

Staff and dev replies are manually flagged for the Dev Tracker, so this is working as intended - each person chooses which replies appear.

Say you switch your forum language to English Int'l.
When you open the main forum page, take a look at the links to forum sections. All of them have hardcoded "en". This should dynamically change based on your language preference, so in my case "en-gb".
    This worked until recently.
I have to point out that the bar with dev tracker has the links in correct "format", but the pages that open when you click on any of these are broken again.
Staff and dev replies are manually flagged for the Dev Tracker, so this is working as intended - each person chooses which replies appear.
Don't you think this should be automatic?
These posts more often than not have extremely valuable information in them.

This might be a feature that I haven't figured out yet, but is there a way to see who gives my posts an "awesome/agree/insightful"?

Since we can't give this feedback to our own posts, could it be set up where if we click "agree" we see a list of user names of those who have previously "agreed" with that same post?
