About enchanting & provisioning
Hi,
my char is a High Elf DK, anyone can explain if there's a reason why my glyphs and food/driks stats are almost half of a High Elf NB? I'm over CP160 and my NB friend is only CH10 but his potions or food or glyphs stats are way highter then mine: why?

✭✭✭✭Have you upgraded your gear to your level? I mean do you wear CP160 gear (ancestor silk, rubedo leather, rubedite, ruby ash) enchanted with CP160 glyphs (repora, itade). If you are wearing underleveled gear, ex. you stayed into your level 44 gear until you hit CP160, the stats will be lowered due to scaling.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break

It's not about the max CP160, but if I use the same level (es. purple CH10 etc) my stats are (for example) 100 and my friend are at least 200.0

Both my provisioning and enchanting skill are 50, for example my friend enchant potency & aspect are not yet maxed.0

Hluill✭✭✭There's some weird scaling from the fortieth levels to the one-sixtieth champion-point. It's not consistent, but in the crafting window, values actually drop.
My damage and armor values lowered, even with updated gear, as I leveled from somewhere in the forties to CP160. I has to use higher-grade tempers to maintain.
This may be what your experiencing. I haven't spent a lot of time studying it, but it wouldn't surprise me if this value drop didn't effect food and potions and enchantments as well.Black-handed Hluill and his daughter Leyek of House Numaril.0 -

If you're not both at 160+, don't worry about it. Level scaling does some weird things. It's kinda ludicrous at low levels. Once you're both at 160, your items should even out, mostly.
The one thing that will still mess with you are elemental damage glyphs, which will display the value after you're Champion Points and any class or racial modifiers (so, Wardens for Ice, Dark Elves for Fire, ect) are applied. Which can result in situations where you may see higher or lower stats on an item than another player reports.0 -

You can't have such a big discrepancy unless your gear is severely outdated. "CH10" means Champion Point 10 probably so that's what I was pointing out. Your gear is 15 levels below yours wich is "CH160" so the game considers it outdated and thus reduces it's stats. You in fact have lower stats now than when you were "CH10". Having CP invested in various stars, as well as class and racial passives will never account for more than a few percent damage.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break
