Error 210 Patch Manifest Download Fail

So... Can anyone tell me wwhat to do? I have run repair it doesn't help, tried to download patch manifest from here https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22414 but it stops at half or less. I can launch other MMO, Steam (downloading again Skyrim atm cause why not), Youtube etc. so it is not my router issue, checked firewall and it is added to exceptions to let the launcher pass through. Yesterday everything was good.

    Does the launcher run with Administrator privileges (in case you're on Windows)?

    yup it does

    EDIT: gonna try reinstall (Windows 10 64bit client if it helps)

    launch directly eso but i got an error 208


    Edit : I deleted launcher.settings file and now launcher download the game (7Go) not sure that works after :/

    Ok so it means it's problem from ESO and not from us, 2 bad I started reinstalling, it might had some hotfix sooner or later...
    Gonna let you guys know if reinstall helped or not.

    Wow amazing doesn't even download anything after reinstalling client! Don't do it guys...

    Eeveryone having issue pls write to support, if they will see it's a global issue instead of just 1 poor guy like me they may react faster... Though I have received auto-responder mail sayign they are currently not in work because they don't have dedicated support to EU servers which in turn makes me think I will stop using ESO+ because they show us middle finger with messages like this and show only support for USA customers...

    Same here, was working no problem yesterday after Monday's patch.
    Today launcher didn't have the 'Play' button, so I closed and re-opened the launcher, got the Error 210 "PatchManifestError_DownloadFail" so I tried all the fixes from support to no avail.
    - Downloaded the Patch Manifest File : nothing
    - Ran the game as an Administrator : but got error 200 when trying to log in
    - Can't repair the Game Client since the 'Play' button isn't there so the repair option isn't there either
    - And finally deleted program data and now launcher is loading but not doing anything.

    Don't know what to do, will be writing to support.

    Same here, but US server works fine. I assume it's a problem with their server.

    I disabled my anti-virus software temporarily and now the launcher is working, I'm currently running a repair just to be sure. We'll see if it works after that. Will keep you updated.

    It is weird tho, because ESO is added to my exception list so how could it happen???

    I have this issue with every patch, what i do.

    1. I restart eso launcher and steam
    2. Repair full game

    If above still not work the reatart computet and repeat step 1 and step 2.

    Yes ESO was already added to my exception list too, but I decided to redo the list, figured maybe with the new patch it changed the file paths somehow but that doesn't explain why it was working fine Monday and yesterday after the patch and now suddenly it messes up.
    But that seems to have fixed it, re-enabled my anti-virus software now and it's still working fine.

    This issue is happening with lot of players from long time.

    not sure why ZOS not looking into it.

    Firewall can be a problem, or the virus program. Try to give ESO prio in the virus prog. ZOS have also produced a list of channels that your firewall should allow eso to use. You should be able to find the thread on the forum.

    even though I have wrote to them I already tried it ... :p GJ people from customer service glad to see you cannot read... won't bother again contacting support ever again as it was waste of time :(
