Hard freeze, Blue screens, hanging loading screens, rinse & repeat.

Like the title says, I've been rotating between all three while "trying" to play ESO today.

I logged in and was asked to Tank trials. We started with hrc. The game froze hard, though I could still hear voice chat just before the wel-wa boss. Returned and got stuck in a infinite loading screen after the war horn pull. Blue screened during final boss. Loaded back in missing loot. Travelled to SO, hanging load screen. Hard freeze right before the stone breaker. Hard freeze right before Ozara. Oh I mentioned I was the TANK RIGHT? Made it back and completed the rest of the trial. After apologizing extensively to my group for all that nonsense I bowed out from the rest of the trials because it was downright upsetting. The only thing more bothersome was that my group was all too understanding. As if to say it's become expected.

I went out to do some stuff and thought well I'll try BG's since I needed to add some scores for leaderboards and got a non-leaderboard CHAOSBALL filled with unkillable Tanks. Like I was legit the only one in there that brought any kind of DPS and right before we won I died and got stuck in a loading screen and had to reset.

Today was an absolute waste of time and money in terms of gaming and to make matters worse I was using the live stream and each and every time I had an issue mentioned above I'd have to restart my damned stream and people were getting heated. I'm really thinking about avoiding the first week of dlc on ESO going forward. I bought 100$ in psn the day before CWC dropped in anticipation of purchases, reupped my eso plus and was considering the new house but at this point I feel I should be asking for a refund from Sony and ZoS. Please release the kraken on these problems. The content is beautiful and I appreciate the effort in developing its at this point just a tease. I apologize for the rant but I needed to vent before I threw my console out the window.

Load screen's are bad on console can't do anything hardly especially PvP

What you describe is most likely caused by a hardware problem which needs to be investigated first before determining whether it is a software issue to report in this section of the forum. Please follow the same guidelines and post your report in the appropriate subsection of the Customer Support section of this forum. Otherwise, you are just wasting your time and ours too.

It's a bug and i reported it. I wasted no time in writing my post as I was in a loading screen hoping it would end. It didn't so I restarted the app. All the semantics aside I run a 500 player guild and guild chat & zone chat has been filled with complaints about hard freezes, blue screens and perpetual loading screens.

The waste of time occurs when I have to explain myself to a player that thinks this is a hardware issue. Please, in the future. Mind your business. If this community has some sort of incentive program (like you get paid to help with bugs), I'd much rather hear from a person being paid with the money I've spent on this game. Not someone that just trolls forums speculating. You literally wrote your reply as if you work for ZoS, prompting me to log back in here but you don't do you?

My intent was simply to bring awareness to the frustrations this has caused and document the issue.

Excuuuuse me. Since you did not include the platform on which this problem occurs and did not disclose the megaserver on which you play, your "documentation" is not only incomplete, but useless.

As I advised, read the Guidelines For Bug Report Forum. Maybe you will learn how to post a useful bug report that the ZOS development team can use to reproduce the problem, or perhaps find it regardless. Then you won't be reading a reply such as the one that I wrote. When a player does not follow the guidelines, then they are wasting my time to read it, and that makes their post my business.

You assumed my documentation was in expectation of a fix, they are working on it. Since youre obviously ignorant to the issue I'll waste my time explaining why you're a moron just so you don't go around tormenting other people. Since cwc was released, consoles have been experiencing all of the stuff i mentioned in the OP. Which would be obvious to devs or players on the console. Posting what platform I am on becomes redundant as it's obvious to any informed individuals. Your assumption it's a hardware issue is your own speculation and how you could come to that conclusion w/out me filling in that bug report you mention is beyond me.

Now sure typically hanging loading screens are a issue with ram on pc or virtual memory if i remember correctly. It was actually one of the reasons i swapped to console. So I could play games that were stable on the platform i bought them for w/out having to improve my machine or buy more ram. As this is a console though how am i supposed to buy more ram? What hardware should i replace? It's not a localized issue but a platform (console) wide issue. Notwithstanding my purchasing a pro there is nothing i can do about the hardware and this is a title for the playstation 4. A console that is still sold and supported. So unless you know what youre talking about you are actually doing more harm. I appreciate you seemingly appointed yourself secretary of the bug reports section but idc. I'm not paid to fill out forms and I'm not paid to reply to you. I pay to play this game and when I make a post like the OP I don't appreciate the likes of you making it your duty to speculate and say I'm wasting your time. As i stated THIS IS A WELL KNOWN ISSUE. The fact you don't seem to know about it means nothing to me.

The last post from ZOS (Gina) was to say the issues has been found and fixes are being developed on their internal servers, they hope to be able to let us know when a patch will go out soon.

The bluescreen issues I am not sure about. Just post as much information as you can here (system, specs if changed any, location etc.) and it should help their bug hunter teams. These forums are read often but not all threads are replied to.

Ps4, na.

issues occur in cyrodiil, battlegrounds. Both usually when attempting to respawn. It's also occurring in AA when you try to teleport from pads. The world boss on the far right of the clockwork city teleport also has a high rate of hanging loading screens both in and out whereas if you warp to a wayshrine to get out of the world boss you are mostly successful. I have not encountered it in pve aside from those instances personally. Hrc during wel wa b4 boss pull has frozen my game a few times as has the first pull after the 1st boss in mol. As well as the pull directly after the twins. During these freezes i can still talk to my team via group chat.

Blue screens occurring might be totally unrelated yet when combined with these other two issues creates a frustrating experience.

(i made my initial post as a way to vent my frustrations and document my experiences that day, It was in fun but as i was frustrated I did not appreciate being told Im wasting other peoples time. I considered it disrespectful and insensitive. So i replied in turn.)
