Try Rivenspire around Northpoint.

Chests all along the beach between Northpoint and Orc's finger ruins. 3 chests at Siren and Lagra Pearl.
About 10 in the area surrounding Northpoint wayshrine.

About eight in the Doomcrag, if you want to fight for them.

This assumes that you didn't want to 'farm' guild traders
