Varaine Pellingare did not come down when we entered his room. The spawns that are usually in the room (the floor) didn't appear until after he had died. Ranged attacks, he could still damage the group though. Could not find any way up to where he was located though. The door with the targeting issues before the room appears to be fixed now though.

Normal mode, random group finder (bonus daily) if that helps.
