Wow, some players are really putting a lot of thought into these bans. They got caught doing something in a game and the developers tossed them out. They can buy the game again and come back with a new account. These people weren't put in prison you know.

So yeah, if someone takes advantage of an exploit, ergo they do something they agreed not to do, ZeniMax has the right to ban you for this.

Yes, looking at the 'Terms of Service', yep it was rightful.
