Looking for a true PVE guild for trials and pledges

I'm in one that really good but only has about 15 active players. Because most of them are much more experienced than I am and have all their gear sets on multiple characters, I still find myself waiting in queues to get even a non-DLC pledge completed.

Any good dungeon guilds out there looking for members?

    Our guild house Targaryen run trials weekly. With an aim to go vet in the next few weeks. There's 200+ members and were all helpful with pledges and farming sets wanna join
