jtm1018✭✭✭✭✭Its always like this for me on ps4, every load time is 5 to 10 minutes long, not joking.
That is why I baught a ps5. Loading is now 5 to 10 seconds, even shorter on some area.

I'm pretty sure the slow part in ESO is the hard drive and loading all of the necessary graphical assets into RAM.0 -

Doubtful. I don't have particularly fast Internet and switching to PS5 almost completely eliminated loading times lasting more than a few seconds.
It's also not cost effective to have servers streaming large amounts of data during gameplay. Everything big is already on your local hard drive.0 -
