This message actually used to come up right before the load screen finished. The load screen now keeps going way after this message appears.

Its always like this for me on ps4, every load time is 5 to 10 minutes long, not joking.

That is why I baught a ps5. Loading is now 5 to 10 seconds, even shorter on some area.

Ps5 is the best thing that happened to my gaming life tyvm.

I mean...ps4 IS an unusually long load time. Its got a preset download cap. Your internet speed makes no difference at a certain point..

I'm pretty sure the slow part in ESO is the hard drive and loading all of the necessary graphical assets into RAM.

Happened to me this morning, loading after a Battleground before being kicked from the EU server.
Didn't happen before the 35GB update 2.48 with the so called bug fixes.

Doubtful. I don't have particularly fast Internet and switching to PS5 almost completely eliminated loading times lasting more than a few seconds.

It's also not cost effective to have servers streaming large amounts of data during gameplay. Everything big is already on your local hard drive.
