It does seem like it. I guess I am coming back at the wrong time. This happened to me before, coming back not realizing there was a new update or new DLC out and had nothing but trouble trying to play.
Now I am seeing how a lot of people are having problems again I refuse to get ESO+. I just don't want to go through all that just in case it happens to me again.
You would think Zenimax wants me to subscribe, but it seems they do everything in their power to keep me and it seems many others from subscribing and playing their game.
