What you on about? Did you even read my post? How is console cyrodiil endless loading screens linked to the pc bannings.

No. Or at least not in my case. I'll get stupidly long load screens at random. There's a wide variety of factors, but hardware is a major issue.2 -

He probably thinks the load screen issues linked to the hackings on pc.
