Refund
Hello, I bought the ESO adventurer pack a very long time ago, for the any race any alliance perk, however I haven't really used it, so is there anyway I could get my crowns back or is it a no takeback thing?

✭OP, the same happened to me, I got the physical copy adventurer pack dirty chip somewhere long time ago and shelved, when I decided to give the game a try, I wasn't able to redeem the code for the Adventurer bonuses. I contacted the customer support right away and I got the reply it's no longer available, expired, no way to redeem whatsoever.
I asked multiple times about it but there was nothing to do.
That's all I can say, try yourself to contact them but I see no hope for this, above all for a refund.
