Baby does a blacksmithing crate need to stack. Take the contents out. Everything in it stack except what is intended for decon and the resulting matts stack.
That takes care of half OPs list.
No reason to hold onto glyphs. Drops - just decon or sell. Don't craft what you don't need.
Geodes should stack.

I'm not sure if containers will ever stack, but it's definitely worth asking.

can you at the very least make all items of same type stackable in 1k stacks like in crafting bag! increase current stacks to 1k, lot of them are 100-200 still...
list of items that take up inventory space:
> uncracked transmutation geodes
> writ rewards -
- provisioner's pack
- enchanter's coffer
- alchemist's vessel
- clothier's satchel
- blacksmith's crate
- woodworker's case

I wonder if the OP has a merchant, banker, and/or fence?
I think with a really careful redesign then Cyrodiil siege weapons, at least, could be made to stack. Instead of tracking individual health, they could use a shared health pool, where every time you pull from the pool you get a fully-functional siege engine, but when you put it back the total pool is diminished by the correct amount/gone forever if you leave the siege lying there. Then buying more ballista or whatever just adds to that item's health pool. Might be some edge cases where that functions weirdly but I'm pretty sure that would work out and make our PvP darlings a little happier.

ESO+ boom solved your inventory problem. Crafting mat bag no space restrictions, double the bank space. Now that you can change traits, and soon motiff style of armor there is even less reason to hold onto every single piece of set armor you get. That being said with ESO+ and at least 400 bank spaces it shouldn't be an issue.
