actually there's no such thing as "unfixable", they're unwilling (most likely) or just not good enough to fix it
I'd guess they're unwilling, since there's no money to be earned with fixing problems, nor is the problem so big that ppl are leaving the game, like rats leaving a sinking ship ^^
