I have one quest left in The Clockwork City. I have searched in and on everything there, and I cannot find it. Does anyone know where The Merchant's Heirloom starts? Please and thank you.

It starts in the outskirts of Clockwork City, move south from the Clockwork Crossroads wayshrine, past the lake with the skyshard in the middle. To the southwest of that lake you should find a log on the ground, and a sword besides it.Kind regards,
