Random load screens and infinite load screens

Just walking randomly around a zone and get a load screen, why does this happen all the time now. and half the time those load screen turn into infinite load screens...
also zos, fix the infinite load screens from maw of lorkhaj, everytime ppl die in backyard they have to reset their game...
