I play on PC and PS4 and the loading screens are horrendous since CWC patch. I tried to go to Cyrodiil today (PS4) and had a infinite loading screen travelling each and every time. I had to close application and restart. I gave up after the 3 time
PVE is a slightly better experience, but still the same issues. 1 -

Platform? And are you saying you transited between keeps multiple times and respawned with no issues of being in an infinite loading screen while in cyrodiil?0 -

✭✭✭Well Battlefront 2 comes out next week. Maybe its a good time to finally say bye. Ive been on console since midnight release of launch day but this is the worst ive ever seen it in terms of load screens.5 -

@ParaNostram and you're on xbox or ps4? You may be the only one or at least one of the few who hasn't experienced any issues. Anything in particular you might have done that fixed it for you? Connection or internet provider maybe? Any tips you can think of?0 -

I'll definitely be playing that for a while. Just grinding new weapons and cards or whatever the new version is for this is usually not enough for me long term though. Just good spurts of easy access PvP with a good setting.1 -

✭✭✭If it wasn't for brave soldiers fighting for what is just (like myself) against demons like that walking popsicle Emperor Frozn, tyrants like Mad King Krotha, Elf King Crown's two armies, etc, etc, etc, etc.... All of you wouldn't have any cities or towns to visit and all of Tamriel as we know it would have ceased to exist.1 -

The biggest mistake ZOS made was porting this game to console, (XBOX, PS4). It's apparent their servers cannot handle the traffic from console players and it forced them to dumb down a perfectly good PC game."We have found a cave, but I don't think there are warm fires and friendly faces inside."1 -

Each console has its own server. And PC/Mac server has no console players.0 -

The server hardware has nothing to do with console hardware, they use the exact same type of server hardware as PC does.

✭It is a Cumulation of problems that are killing PvP. Its not only the constant load screens, crashes to desktop, loss of sound but the Zergs and Cheating on a massive scale. I am in a PvP guild which main focus was PvP period. Organized raids every night. At its high point membership was maxed out and it had a reputation within the PvP community as one of the best. Its main strategy was Zergs which were very effective especially when group raid members had specific rolls within zerg. Now it has less than 75 members and organized raids are pretty much gone except on those occasions when they can get enough members to form a group.
I play on a PC and am on the NA server. Vivic is my home campaign. I do not play in PvP during Prime Time anymore. My time in Cyrodiil is during the day and I mainly play solo. Factions are not pop locked, zergs are not as frequent and the game performance is much better. As for the cheating by players, well that will happen no matter what time you play and until ZOS comes up with an effective deterrent cheating is not going away.1 -

Insandros✭✭✭✭Even before the patch PVP numbers have dropped significantly but after the Patch and the continuous long load screens and complete arrogance from the devs and outright basic refusal to explain the situation I honestly do not see PVP recovering from this on console at this point I'll be surprised if there is an patch to fix this until the next update just my opinion
WHAT??? They finaly brought live a patch that killed PvP??? Finallly, then PvE won't get anymore nerfs cuz of PvPer, Hip hip hurray!

I just stopped pvping for a while all together. The loading screens and the clearly over strained datacenters need addressing asap. They need to desperately upgrade their hardware and software .2 -
Got the same issue on PS4 PRO. I can join Shor campagn without any issue, teleport to any keep, but when I want to change to an other keep... Bang 5 minutes loading screen. Yesterday We where attacking keep and got the same loading screen. After 20 minutes, I just left the game and log back to PVE. PVE got quest bug like every new DLC but its playable at least. Notice then our full group get thes 20 minutes loading screen.0
