are you sure you had not a bounty on you and it was not the guards? did you check the death recap window ("T")?

I have played this game with people who complained constantly about the abuse of exploits in PvP, then would spend the evening using exploits to farm gold tempers.
There are a number of people who only feel something is an exploit/issue when they're not able to benefit or have fun from it. It's far simpler to just accept abusing any unintended bugs is bad and follow those said rules.
Whilst I don't agree with someone being banned for a single instance of this (as it can happen by mistake) if it's very clear the same player keeps having it happen there is a good chance they've figured it out and are now abusing it for their fun (and the misery of others).

I have no issues with a bug existing on ZoS' fault. But wow does it take immature kids to find this 'funny'. (To be clear, idc about dying and re-spawning 5 meters away)
But the spirit in which this is done is so lame that its annoying. That someone somewhere finds this hilarious makes me lose a bit of hope in humanity. Stalk someone with creepy poly-morphs, troll people, abuse the mudball or petals and consistently keep em up on a stranger (or contact), send fish to random people, theres so many ways to do funny / odd stuff. But this? 100% of the people affected by this don't know who did it, and most don't understand what happened. Where's the fun in that?
