Free pet with clockwork

I am on xbox one and I went to the store to download the free pet but it is not there. I also went to the Microsoft website and it's not there either.

You mean the Dovah-Fly? Enter the Brass Fortress and you should get it added to your collections.

Yeah he is talking about brassalisk. I can find it in the store but it says unavailable. When is it available until?
