I mean, yeah that's all we can do.
We wear the gear we want, and keep the rest in the Bank for later. When we want to change, we withdraw it from the bank and equip it, changing it out.
And for swapping bars in combat, I just bring my right thumb over to hit left on the D-Pad.

I didn't mean the normal weapon swapping, but actually having completely different actionbars setup. For when you want to play tank instead of healer or dd etc and therefore need other skills you have to select different skills that's on your current actionbars.
I should probably have stated why I asked in the first place: I feared that perhaps I had overlooked this sort of functionality in the base game. I mean switching gears and skills for different roles is an absolute necessity in many situations and the fact that it is not possible in the base game without manually moving each piece of gear and each single skill.... that's astonishing.
We know what you're saying...do you understand us?
You're taking things out of context...read everything in sequence...my quoted words in his response as well...

Im sorry that I do have no idea what you are talking about. And I did read all comments here. But you know what just nvm lol. I was just curious whether to know how console players got around this tricky issue.
So Miats and Dressing Room coming soon to console?

Not having Miat's addon is truly one of the only advantages console has over PC. Assuming you hate that sort of thing in the first place. I still think there are quality of life improvements ZOS could make over time that would help. Something I really want is to select how many sets of potions you want to make with one button instead of pressing the X button over and over for half an hour.
Being able to see resource numbers/percentages, enemy HP numbers/percentages, damage numbers, ultimate number, buff trackers, and text chat on console have be awesome additions to the game that only PC had access to before they were added. I hope they continue with this trend by adding stuff to the game that should have been there from the start.

Well you tell me. ArchMikem said that "And for swapping bars in combat, I just bring my right thumb over to hit left on the D-Pad.". Clearly he is here referring to the normal weapon/bar swapping, which was not the intended topic of my OP, which is why I clarified in my response.
