PC EU - Looking for a casual dungeon runners guild

Hi
I keep joining guilds just to never group up with anyone since there are cliques of high CP people that only run with each other. Are there any guilds that like running dungeons (normal, veteran, whatever), and have discord for talking during runs?
If not, guess I could start one.
