Are they going to be available when I pick up my Xbox One X tonight or no? I've seen some web pages say that ESO is a day 1 upgraded game and others that say it is not. Can anyone please clear this up for me?

    The update that allows the upgrades comes in out tomorrow morning. 6am EST
