    Just make the combined inventory + bag space common across all characters.

    The problem is when you're on Character 'A' and you get a dropped piece that may complete a set on Character 'B.'

    So much time is spent shuffling gear around and figuring out how many of what you have, who needs it, and whether or not to decon it's absurd.

    Heaven help anyone still trying to do this without the likes of Inventory Insights, SetKeeper, Wishlist, etc.

    And with the recent change to showing Intricate/Ornate at the expense of removing sort by Damage/Amor, it's made it even worse.

    Add to that you have to find and filter the things you want deconned (enter Decon Junk Filter) and it's just a time sync, nothing more.

    From one character, if you knew you were after a particular set, in preferred traits, you should be able to see what pieces, what traits, and how many of each you have from a basic UI. Then, especially with transmute in place, it would be so much simpler to determine quickly and painlessly what you needed and what you didn't.
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    When deconstructing an object (armor, weapon, jewelry), the option would be> get a plan or material, the plans would be stored in the library and could be used in craft, using the plan > consume plan;

    They just need to remove the cap on individual storage coffers, to allow us to place as many as we want (or as many as we can afford) in our homes, and use those as "cold" storage for gear we might use, but aren't entirely sure of. Then add a new category under the banker assistant, that allows you to access all coffers in a given home within the one UI.

    I like the idea of coffers not having a unique item limit, but keeping a decorating budget limit. I do not like the idea of coffers being accessed through any UI other than interacting with the coffers themselves - That's just bank 2.0, not cold storage.

    Enable hoarders? No way! Be reasonable, you don't need most of the junk people save for no reason in their bank, character, house containers and on and on.

    Anyway, ZoS will never do it because they sell more space for crowns. What you are talking about in reality is removing a monetization stream for ZoS from the game. And I'm sorry, that's not going to happen no matter how much you wish for it.
