character stuck in Wailing Prison forever

My friend id @just_Rem stuck in Wailing Prison with one of his character. He not registered on this forum yet. He cant leave location, "travel to player" and "character stuck" also uselless in there. Pls help him.

    Has he completed the quests to leave? It's a tutorial zone and one I am not sure you can directly port out of once started.

    Yes he completed. He teleported in there automatically after some quest, idk what exactly this quest is

    If your friend is still having issues, they do need to register in the forums and start a support ticket.
