Storm Atronach Ultimate (not spawning after cast)

Bug: Casting the Sorcerer's Storm Atronach ultimate will cause the casting animation and lightning bolt to occur, but the Atronach fails to spawn. This also drains the player's ultimate, effectively becoming a wasted use of an ultimate ability.

Circumstance: Most of the time the bug occurs when there are many enemies fighting a player or group all at once, and the ultimate is cast during the heat of battle. I have also noticed it occur during duels, where the Storm Atronach will fail to appear.

This happens on the ps4 too, gets me so upset when I'm trying to take out bunch mobs.

Update: I have noticed this also happens in PVP as well. The campaign was Scourge on Xbox North America.

Still happening. I lost 3 straight Atronach ultimates today while doing Darkshade Caverns. I'm shelving this ultimate until it gets fixed.
