✭In Austria you cannot join to a game of hazard. Legally not allowed.
You can play lottery in Austria but its controlled by law

Then why is it big name companies like nVidia, Blizzard, and Valve can do Worldwide sweepstakes/competitions? Or is it the type of competitions that dictate this
