Groupfinder:
The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

Rulz of Morrowind:
  • The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
  • The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
  • Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
  • Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
  • Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
  • Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
  • Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
  • And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.

Normally based on your countries gambling laws.

They've not been able to offer any sweepstake/gambling contest to all countries before due to these reasons.

In Austria you cannot join to a game of hazard. Legally not allowed.

You can play lottery in Austria but its controlled by law

Look at the bright side. Excluded jurisdictions are almost always much more consumer friendly. You get that benefit all year around!

Maybe they couldnt decide between Austria or Australia so they excluded both? Sounds legit to me

Then why is it big name companies like nVidia, Blizzard, and Valve can do Worldwide sweepstakes/competitions? Or is it the type of competitions that dictate this

Example being, I entered an nVidia Worldwide competition for a computer system as first prize, and graphic cards as a second prize, etc. etc. and was allowed to enter

Might be the type, others have better knowledge than I on the issues (some has been posted in other threads) but I know the reason is not directly ZOS' fault as this comes up with every sweepstake they do.
