all I see in Cyrodiil is people pure tanking 1v10+ and that never die.

then there is the constant CP changing to do PVE content then paying another 3k to go back into cp campaign. Sure you could just go into a no cp campaign but on NA. We have a campaign where people boost for EMP and is all EP and low populated DC & AD.

Basically: no one likes to play the way you want to play, so you want to change the rules so they are forced to play with you?
No, we want to change the system cause its not viable and destroying PVP.
But why are more people playing on CP if it's so cancerous?

Due to some class and combinations being far more powerful than other classes could use without CP to balance in the gap.
Take for example NB’s burst spam ult ability with procs. In no CP BG’s they are the undisputed kings of BG kills and roaming 1vX’s because their class is very well off without CP and still can 1-2 shot players even with high health. The other classes, cannot perform as well without CP to balance the gap between the two.
If they removed CP they would have to completely rebalance the classes to compensate. And end up breaking lots of things in the process once again for PvE. Way to much work for something that ALREADY has options for people who prefer to play different.

Because the game is designed around CP which means no CP also has a lot of issues. Because you are stronger with CP and obviously everyone want to feel stronger. Because its progression that people "earned" and they want to use what they "earned". And because people want to play in the most populated server even if they dont actually like CP. People prefering CP doesnt equate with CP being good.
Im really not sure why people are still arguing about CP being good. Its not. Thats not just a biased opinion, thats a fact. Nerfs all over the place, classes not feeling unique, unfriendly to new players, gameplay in general is getting from bad to worse every patch and the PVP population is getting smaller every patch.
You are free to like CP PVP because u "earned" ur CP or because u want to feel stronger or whatever. But again, you cant argue that CP is good for PVP. Just by looking back at the history of CP and the changes they did, it should be clear by now that the system in its current form just doesnt work and its not good.

It was more of a rethorical question. And quite honest I play RPGs because I don't like the Shooter Death Match flavour. I spend hours to see my char evolve and of course people want to take that progression on to where they can make it matter against other players.
But with that said I too came to conclusion that CP is not the progression system that is healthy for the game. It's horrible and I'd like to see it exchanged with something better. What this could be? Dunno. I kinda liked the SWTOR part where you can allocate limited utility points that translate into some sort of passives/ morphs of specific skills, although it came a little short.
Furthermore I agree with Biro, again. Some people act like no CP is where everything is in balance, but obviously it is not.

CP has no place in pvp and, it has only attributed to seasoned pvpers leaving the scene altogether.

I can't speak to the populations there because I never do No CP PVP except the few times I did early Battlegrounds.
