They are sentient beings, should be treated the same as all the races in Tamriel

If you want to get more in depth, let's say we find out that there are intelligent aliens in the universe? They are guaranteed to look different to us, that doesn't mean you would treat them as (looking at the poll options here) "not people" or "smart animals"

In magical worlds, magic (Science) rules reality. This is understandable, our real world also goes to this. Genetics shows us amazing evidence of the victory of reason and science, over the laws of nature.
I think that these mutants (human-like animals created with magic) in the game are just part of the game that shows us the past. The past, in which amazing things happened.

I hope the presence of these bestial races in the game is not intended for educating in Europeans tolerance to migrants

But if we compare people and animals, we are practically not different. The animals use telepathy for mutual understanding, people are forced to use speech.

Argonians are Saxhleel that have yet to realize their true self or those that prefer the imperial social culture. Besides that, Argonians are my relatives and allies. I respect the khajit agility and hand-to-hand combat ability, yet they need to accept that if we chose to kill them with the khahaten flu, we would claim so.

But yeah the Moon Cats and Timeless Hippie Lizards are the same as the other races on Dawn's Beauty. Awesome, crazy, violent and more tame than everyone on Akavir in all of the aforementioned ways.
