My guild was discussing the various provisioning stations around Tamriel (and that we would love the options), when it occurred to me that a player could end up with a bunch of "old" stations that they wouldn't have a use for.

BUT

If plans were added that used the "base" crafting stations + a whole lot of mats that created a new crafting station with an alternate "look" that would be awesome!

The reason for the "whole lot of mats" is that players with little patience or less play time would still go for the Crown versions of the new looks, but those of us on a budget (in real life) could farm up the mats and get some crafting stations with new looks.

Example: Provisioning Station + 100 Tempered Brass + 100 Decorative Wax + 10 Perfect Roe = Clockwork Provisioning Station

Bonus: a "Dismantle" option that would return JUST the Provisioning Station to the player in case they wish to change styles in the future. (given the material cost this may not be a very popular option...)

The plan to change the look of stations could be on the master writ vendor for a healthy amount of vouchers.

If mats costs/voucher cost were decreased some then the converted stations could be bound to the account making it a "personal" furniture plan and encouraging players to level their own crafting skills in order to obtain the ability to change the look of their stations.
