So here is my new stamina Sorcerer build for Horns of the Reach the Storm Breaker build. This build is a dps build for PvE but with impen gear you could make it for PvP. The builds got some good dps but could be better with the right gear and pots for crit and major brutality. You can set it up in different sets to I just like this set of gear mixing. Carpe-Veritatem✭✭✭Excellent build! I actually wasn't aware of the AOE potential of the 2H swords. For me Rally and the gap closer combined with this make it a no brainer for stam sorcs. Appreciate ya sharing!
