There are people who are not like that at all...A few months back, I was looking for a Spriggans armor piece...forget which one...saw on zone chat someone was selling...whispered him a price...he whispers back that the price I offered was too much and sold it to me for 10k less than what I offered...
I know. I'm in the same boat. A lot of times, I'll sell stuff way underpriced because I just want some quick money and to get rid of said items. Back when the 6th House items from Morrowind were actually selling, I was selling them for like 2k-4k each instead of the normal 5k-7k pricing area. I wish more people were lay-back and nicer about things like this. Would make trading a lot easier and friendlier to do.0 -

It allows people to have a time frame to accumulate gold for said purchase if there short a few coins here and there. Obviously if you need the Gold that badly you would have declined to COD in the first pe like most people.
I really don't see the point of this if you wanted the gold that badly you would have declined said COD offer and if you don't need the gold then surely what does 3 days matter in the grand scheme of things. And like you said it's not like you lose anything. I think honestly its just an over reaction to being offered a much higher value and then finding out its not happening than a flaw with the COD system.
Just look at it this way its more gold for you in 3 days time

It's huge during events.
For example, halloween masks last year were selling for 200k the first day of the event. 100k the second day. 50k the third day. I might be exaggerating slightly for the sake of example, but prices were plummeting daily as supply continued to increase.
You can troll zone chat during these events by saying you'll buy everyone's masks, and then sit on them until they expire. When the seller gets the item back, its value has dropped threefold.Edited by MLGProPlayer on October 30, 2017 9:40AM1 -

Really? Strange. I've found 1. One. Just a single one since they were added to the game. Sold it for 74k in the guild trader; it sold in less than an hour.
Just because the stuff is at a guild trader doesn't mean you'll find one whatever every time you pick up a mat or open a node.
Or did you miss the posts about people posting concerning the cheat/exploit/botting when multiple people had dozens of listings up on guild traders? Whether exploit/botting/cheat or working as intended, that is not what the average player sees when they pick up mats.

✭✭✭The time amount of a COD should have options. For instance I know one guy who will buy any treasure maps for x per map, CODing to him I don't mind 3 days or even 7 days if that was an option. I run a few of the biggest traders on xbox eu and i can tell you dust sells for between 70k and 100k tops, temps are selling between 10k and 13k depending on which day it is.

I play on PC/NA (no botter/exploit scandal here). Dust is extremely easy to find on guild traders. 1. I hate to say it but he has a point. Why rip off people?
2. 3 days is nothing. In my old MMO the wait period is 2 months and the company refuses to change it despite all efforts to get them to.2 -
