How to unlock Feathered Court dailies? (CWC)

Im wondering which quest unlocks the Feathered Court daily in the Clockwork City? I did the quest given by Adjunct Daro, the guy outside of the delve but it looks like its not the quest.
I thought it was going to be like the other delve; Do the quest, and unlock a daily etc..
