Yes, I have done itI've completed it on three characters, and will likely do so on several of my other characters in time. currently working on my second warden. When he finishes Cadwell's gold, he'll take thieves' guild and dark brotherhood quests simultaneously, and get both the litany of blood and Kari's hitlist done in the process.

AdamBourke✭✭✭✭✭Yes, I have done itI did it, but the clues could have been a lot better. Some of them I got ok, some of them I got by killing everyone who might slightly fit the clue. Some of them I got by just killing everyone in the area. Some of them I got thanks to the internet.
There was more of the latter than I liked.
I liked the concept of the quest - but I would have preferred if there we more detective work than guess work. Perhaps you go to their houses and find their schedules, or something like that.
"You will know them by their eye"... yeah... like running up to every NPC in the game and checking their eyes is the kind of thing an assassin would do. Not suspicious at all. And you also can't see the eyes that clearly in 3rd Person...PS4 - EU
