Thanks, I can really feel them.

I know not everyone can tell but I definately can. It is good to actually be able to move around Wayrest/Elden Root/Mournhold without crippling FPS issues.

I haven't tried PVP yet to see if i also feel an improvement there, (You nerfed my PVP set so I need to get new gear)

Me too. I'm a bit blown away by it to be honest. I can certainly feel them too.

Yep I can definitely feel them also. Might just be me but memory leak also seems to have been improved while I pvp, but it's hard to tell cause I'm not a computer guy

    Regardless, good job ZOS

Much better. Though I don't think I have played since I went adsl > fibre, but anyway its playable at times when it never was.

I agree. I was quite surprised to see Semiral in Rawl'kha almost immediately after logging in, and not only after a minute of horrifying hard disk head grinding. ;)

For me it really helped that I turned off the Fps sync. My fps went from 60 to 110 as I hoped / expected with my rig.

Vsync would cripple every rig to 60fps, also as far as i know, 100fps is cap in eso+ (at least i´m sitting at pretty constant 100fps with a 144hz monitor).

I've noticed some general improvements. Mostly in areas where it doesn't matter (like, I don't really care whether I get 80 or 100fps, because I use VSYNC on a 60Hz screen - I hate tearing more than a tiny additional lag), but also some nice improvements in places where I was getting fps drops to 52-55 (now it's 60+). I have not been to places like HoF yet, so I can't really say whether there is an improvement where it matters most.

One bad thing I've noticed is a terrible stutter. I was getting it before the patch after an hour or two of play, but now it appears after 5-10 minutes. The framerate seems to be solid but it looks like in every second there are 2-3 frames missing. Actually it's even worse than low fps. Probably something about my SLI setup (I had to disable it before in homestead, the fps drops but is more stable, doesn't degrade that much in time and no stutter appears). Deciding to go SLI instead of a single more powerful card was the biggest mistake I've ever made (well, related to hardware configuration choice at least) - most of the time it works ok, though.

It's a pretty big fps gain in cities, I also have some shorter loading times.

After the patch i had massive FPS drops in some areas of mournhold. Now if you guys are saying there is an improvement Im thinking a addon is the culprit? Thoughts?

Add-ons have caused a lot of issues and been screwing everything up since this update. If they're not up to date turn them off where you can.

well think that was due to less players, now the AP farming guilds/players are back and with locked pops it's the turd back to as it was before. hopefully isolated incid..

Very nice FPS increase in cities.

Still have FPS issues in big Zerg vs Zerg battles. Can’t tell if it’s better or not, but it could be.

Still have some memory leak issues if I play for more than 2 hours, relogging fixes that

In cities fps went up by 5-20 fps. Not tried in PvP yet. But it still huge improvement. The whole game feel smooth now. Loading times like 2-3 secs shorter for me but I use tons of add-ons so can't really compare.

Well done ZOS! Done as promised!

Its not. The game runs better now.

I have no idea if there is some strange issue where peoples computers reacted differently to the fixes than others. Perhaps people on the worse end saw improvement but those who were fine now have issues. *shrug*

Now I have a few odd issues, which I feel is part of the fix.
I can't get on my horse in the capital city, the animation to get on it is slow to respond.
The banker takes thier time to look up from thier work to get to you.

I think that is part of what they did to fix it. Reduced the animations priority.

Performance enhancements are quite noticeable for me as well (haven't been in cyro yet, I expect that to be awful still).

On the flip side, I now disconnect and suffer upwards of 8 seconds ping spikes WAY more frequently than before CWC. Like, I'd experience a random disconnect or truly bad ping spike once a month, now I disconnect and spike several times a day. It's not unplayable but it is annoying.

Cyrodil is status quo. Lag is still ridiculous, as bad as its been in a long time. The infinite loading screens seem better though.

That sounds like connection issues rather than anything do with the game... could be you ISP.

If I compare it to a normal week, it seems a little better. But if I compare it to any week right after an update I can remember, it's a lot better. And with an event at the same time!

I am quietly and secretly impressed but afraid to say anything in case it's a trick. :#

I'm not sure what has happen since I've been away from the game for 1 year. I returned the day when the CWC DLC hit (coincidence) and I too noticed a really big difference in performance from last I played. It's wonderful not being worried about if my computer is going to melt, thank you.

I didn't see any difference after CWC update.
Still lags and fps issues in trials like always.

I mean sure, normally I agree with you, but I find it a rather large coincidence that after years of regular playing and multiple major patches (roughly version 1.6 to the present), the game has been stable for the most part outside of cyrodiil, and now I'm disconnecting like a console player in vMoL. But sure, I'll go reset my router.
