I'm voting for last year, it was great. The lack of new stuff this year and lack of my inventory / bank space meant I didn't really partake this year. Just normal activity and using my enlightment up for once.

I admit I bought WItcher 3 when it was on sale in steam and I haven't really played at all during the Halloween event and was curious what I missed lol

You can't put the Plunder Skulls or the Runeboxes in your Bank, which means if I want to try selling my duplicates in the future they're stuck being carried in my Character's Inventories.

It was fun the first time. Second time around with mostly the same stuff? Not so much.

I was really hoping they would add something new to this years event, like a new quest, or some other kind of rewards other than just plunder skulls. And even after looting almost 100 skulls, not one mask container whatsoever. It just didn't feel like that much fun at all this year, nor that rewarding.

It was fun last year . Nothing for us that did it last year in this one , so meh .

Free xp. I’ll take it.

Used it for the XP buff, after the fiftieth bunch of burnt sticks I gave up on the skulls.

Oh it was also a week shorter than last years and clashed with CWC.

Already bored with it long before the event expires.

Double xp has never been something I'm bothered about. The masks are ok, but it took over 250 skulls to drop my first mask, although I did get two masks in the end. A horrible grind, although I guess I cleared up a few missing delve and public dungeon achievements while I was at it. I now have a bank full of wretched twigs and recipe duplicates. I doubt I can ever sell them so they'll just get vendored or deleted at some point.

Would love to have seen some kind of special events, celebrations and compeititons put on for the festival. A lot of other MMOs put in a lot of effort with their special events, redecorating cities and towns, putting on special bosses, quests, competitions and fun novelties, toys etc. In ESO all we got a very dull intro quest followed by a massive grind (if you wanted a mask or two) and of course everything else was Crown Store.

Dull, unimaginative, lazy.

I’m enjoying the skelly costume and xp bonus. Plunder skulls are a pretty big disappointment though. The dyes are nice but only work on costumes. Overall pretty disappointed. Not much Halloween stuff in the game world at all beyond the few things already mentioned, no quests or decoration. At the same time, the devs could have not added or done anything at all for the holiday.

I would have liked it, except the uppercut bug that knocks you underground ruins a lot of the plunder skull areas.

I have no incentives to actively participate in the event since I've gotten all of my achievements for it already.
