What to delete for an new and clean install

Its downloading the entire game the second time.
Think its probably better to abort, delete and do an new install.
However that to delete?
Everything under c:\program files\Zenimax Online\ ?

Not sure I believe you can just uninstall the game from either the launcher or your control panel to do it properly. I'm not sure if you have to save anything for your characters or if those are all saved on the server though? I'd ask support... or google or maybe the answer is in other threads?5
