Wild Hunt Transform Memento Still Not Correct Length

The storm atronach transform memento was corrected to last for 3 minutes instead of 10 seconds. The ones from the dwarven, and reapers crates each last 3 minutes as well. For some reason, the wild hunt transform is still only 10s. If you guys could fix this that would be awesome! Thanks!

btt: Make a video and report the bug. Remember to add your recording to your answer to the first automated reply.
