"Advanced lag" since patch

Since the patch dropped on Monday I've been experiencing what I call "advanced lag." This is when I can't cast skills, weapon-swap, block, sprint, crouch, etc., but unlike normal lag, the game continues on without me. I can see other people moving and casting skills, and after a while the effect ends and I'm teleported back to wherever the lag started. This has mostly happened in Cyrodiil, but has also happened once or twice in the Clockwork City. Has anyone else experienced this?

✭✭Yes. Happens to me at dolmens. One difference, the lag kicked in after the witches festival event started. Clock work city is fairly laggy. ✭It's happened to me twice. Boths times i was dolmen farming with very large groups.
Once was before the patch and one after. I think it has more to do with 50 people spamming dolmens than the latest patch.0 -
I had this issue.. everything seems to work fine after updating my Nvidia card and repairing the game from the launch screen... I kept having log in issues and lagging in the game as well.0
