Bug: Master Writ Bouyant Arminger Sword

So I got a master writ a while back, like the day Morrowind was released for a Bouyant Arminger Sword, Legendary. Today, after grinding some Vvardenfell chest, I finally came across a bouyant arminger chapter, which happened to be swords.

So I go craft the sword, spend all 8 tempers on it, spend my style material on it, and the quest does not complete. So I'm sitting on a very expesive sword in the set of Song of Lamae, and nothing to do with it.

Did you equip it? Bound items can’t be turned in.

Is it possible you made it in the wrong trait, or incorrect quality?

Ah well *** that might have been it. My addon didn't upgrade it so thought something was wrong, and equipped it accidentally. So I manually upgraded. What BS bound items can't be turned in.
