The two are nothing alike. "Que" means what in Spanish and is read in such in your head. It's not the correct word.
Queue is the correct term and the only way it will sound correct. There is absolutely no substitution for "queue", besides maybe "Q" but that just sounds/looks completely ridiculous/disgusting.
Que is absolutely not a substitution for queue. Not in the least.
