Is there any "The Wabbajack" besides the one that's temporarily given during the MG quest?

The CWC patch notes says: "The Wabbajack no longer grants Ultimate when used."
I'd say that's more than confusing. Since the staff is available only for a short time for not even combat purposes (as I remember), who would ever care if it generates ultimate or not?
But the sentence in the patch notes made me think that there's a wabbajack available for playing anywhere. Google did not confirm such a mad assumption.
