Especially now that transmutation is available more players will want to save more weapon and armor sets but even with ESO+ Double Bank Space the amount of items in the game is growing insanely huge. The game has always been known as inventory management hell online but even more players will be saving items they would not normally due to being able to change traits now at a later date.

I am sure you have plans to bring transmutation to the crown store for "convenience" to skip the horrid RNG in the game, I am sure on that patch all RNG will be spiked up 100% to increase sales and the insane grind for transmutation tokens/crystals but that is a whole other discussion. :)

I do not mind if it is attached to ESO Plus or an option to buy upgrade with gold or crowns just as long as armor and weapon storage is separated from the rest of game items and given it's own class of storage like crafting.

Please?

People have been saying this for a while, but there’s no indication that it’ll actually happen. Quite the opposite, actually. They’ve gone out of their way to say that transmog, a system that will be monetized without a doubt, will be entirely seperate from transmutation, regardless of how sensibly they’d fit together lore-wise and mechanic wise. The only reason they’d do this is because they plan to monetize one and not the other. They make way too much off cosmetics to bother with the massive risk of delving into p2w territory.

I'd like to have an armory in my house, dedicate a room or a few rooms to allow me to store my gear and when it's stored it'll be displayed on the wall. I save all sorts of junk because every patch you never know what's going to have new value. For example, before dubious throne drink bone pirate was a niche set. Now it's widely used. Fortunately I'm a hoarder and already had most of the pieces I needed once it hit live

I don't care if it's displayed in a house or not but we need the ability to save different gear setups like the add on they have for PC so we can change between them quickly when not in combat. Digging through inventory to switch everything individually is incredibly tedious.

ZOS has been very good about not putting P2W stuff in the crown store; I see no reason to think they'll change that with Transmutation.

However the ability to craft armor dummies for houses to have them store particualr gear setups would be a huge QOL improvement, particularly for console users who don't have access to addons like Dressing Room. Even with those add-ons, I'd love to be able to port to my house, go the "PVE DK TANK" dummy and unload my gear then walk to the "PVE mDK DPS TANK" dummy and load that. I'd buy a house just for that feature.
