People who stand in the red for no good reason. We were front-dooring a keep, no ram because it was too hot because oils, door was above 60%, yet there's still idiots stacking up by the door directly under the enemy oils.

Petty arguments in zone chat, especially in pvp. Take it to PMs.

The "ONLY ONE PERFECT BUILD!!!1!1!1!11¿" players. I've played around with my build a lot, and it works pretty well for me. If you have a friendly suggestion, I'll hear it out. But don't put my build down, I've actually put a lot of effort into it. Side note: I once got kicked from a rando vet WGT group because they found out that I don't have SPC, even though I was in WGT to GET me some SPC. There's a special kind of irony in that.

Lastly, gankers who lie in wait along paths in between keeps. I don't understand how you can just sit there and wait. Why?? Aren't you bored?

I get more bored getting zerged down So i'll take getting a kill every 30 mins then getting kicked from the server every 5. >:)

    • The elitist PvE [snip]. (not someone who is great at PvE, but someone who gets snippy and dismissive with anyone not up to their standard)

For me its the player's ignorant of LAG.

Just because you don't LAG does not mean that it is the same for everyone else.
LAG has destroyed my love for this game...

    THANK YOU!
I have shite internet even by aussie standards.
I don't know how I havent thrown my disk out yet.
it doesn't help that the Eu server is absolute crap either.

    werewolf tanks.

I actually have a werewolf tank but I'm not stupid. I rarely, if ever, use the werewolf form in vet dungeons and trials. The only time I use it is when A: there already a main tank in a trial and a DPS is more needed or B: In a normal veteran dungeon, my team is so terrible that I need to use my ww form to 'carry' so to say. Has happened a few times while fighting a final boss. Either due to a very bad healer or something else. I can do decent enough dps as a ww and have more self-sustain so am able to carry, if needed, due to bad dps and healer. Otherwise, I don't use it at all.

Though, as someone with a tank main character... What really grinds my gears is lack of healing and when I die multiple times, it is completely MY FAULT for not surviving against HUGE BURST DAMAGE that certain trial bosses can do a lot. No, it wasn't the fact that I wasn't getting healed... No, it is my fault for not surviving and "taunting properly" (even though I did taunt and then got killed). Let's just blame the tank and have no understanding on why it happened to begin with...

Also, people who are bias against 2h tanks. I have both a normal shield tank and a 2h tank. Both are very good at their skill. The shield tank just can block 20% more damage while my 2h tank will have to take in that 20% extra damage (which is why he has higher health and damage resistance).

Tbh, I don´t think I´ve ever seen a WW tank (been playing for 2,5 years). If I ever saw one I would *** go with it for the luls xD

The kind of player that grinds my gears are the ones who see you fishing so they run over, get right in your face and stare. They stare for a long time and when you don't react, they start swinging their swords at you. If you still don't react, they start running circles around you. I mean, what the hell is that about? GTFO of my face!

    Pmsl

It's these kind of personal-space-invading weirdos who then invite you to a dual

    F*** off... I'm fishing

Some invite you to duel but I've had some who don't invite and don't say anything in chat. They, eventually, just run off. I wish one of them would come into this thread, admit to this behavior, and explain to me why they do it. It's just assinine!

I'll occasionally get in someone's face to check out there character if I think they look awesome. But it's with weapons away in first person and usually only lasts about 5 seconds or so.

It's been mentioned already, but I absolutely detest elitists who think there's only one way to play the game (build, gearset, rotation, etc). They ruin the fun and turn a fun escape from reality, into more work.

It also amazes and saddens me how nasty some veterans can be to new players. They act like they were never new. They don't realize (or don't care) that their elitist behavior often turns others off to the game and the community.

edit: Also, people who reply "alt-f4" to a zone question. C'mon, it's 2017...find something new already.
