Warden AOE heal works on people that are dueling

Title is self explanatory...
Fungal Growth stamina morph (probably magicka morph also) heals players that are dueling, applies all buffs and ignores PvP healing debuffs.
I was healing 4 players that were dueling until I got bored...
Not a game changer, but very annoying if someone wants to fool around. Definitely working not as intended.
