Character LOCKED - Error 326

So I'm a little confused why my main character is 'Locked' randomly... My entire group had a mega-lag in the middle of Battlegrounds then I crashed and can log into all characters apart from my main. Anyone with any experience with this? I read around and people say it's a ban, but since i literally only play battlegrounds, and use no cheats, break no rules etc I'm doubtful that it would be possible. The character name is 'Blobs' which it has been for 3 years+ so it is certainly not offensive.
Any solutions to this? Pretty frustrating whilst I race down the new achievements

✭✭✭✭Some time ago I had very high ping in Battlegrounds, after some time it jumped to 999+ and kicked me out to login sceen. Then I couldn't log in on this character because it was locked in Battlegrounds like yours.
I've submitted a ticked and support unlocked my character 1 hour later or so. My friend also had the same problem with his main character locked in Battlegrounds.
Seems like a common problem.1 -
