Daedra Dark Fissures not spawning

You know those Daedra "Dark Fissure" spawn spots that regularly spawn every few minutes at certain locations in most zones? They make a cool sound while spawning and appear only when you get near the spots. I'm not talking about the dolmens/dark anchors. I'm talking about the spots that always spawn three daedra the first round and then a pair of daedra (with one of them being a mini-boss) during the second round.
Ever since today's patch, they are no longer spawning. So far, I've tried at least five zones and none of the spots are spawning. Relogging and changing zones does not fix the issue. They were spawning fine yesterday. Today's patch notes doesn't address this. So what's up?

Draffut✭✭They will occasionally switch locations. I do a farming run that has 2 spawn points. The portal will either be at 1. Location or the other. Never 2 at the same time. Switches back every few days.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭They are called "Dark Fissures" and they do spawn for me just fine on PC/NA.
Also worth noting, the final boss on those does drop a Plunder Skull ...

They were fine for me around midnight PST, so that was right *before* the maintenance.

SheepdogPaladin✭✭✭After exiting the game for several hours and then going back in, dark fissures are still not spawning for me.
There was one other player in-game who confirmed to me that they are not spawning for him as well, so this is happening to some people.0
