same here, after cwc update no sound ingame, only available sound is from start logo´s before account & passwort login screen & after login the available movie tht you can watch again in the characterselection screen, also tried to repair the game without any difference0 -

found the issue i have:
64bit exe is corupt, ingame english HUD incl. cp system etc., but german localization for the items in the inventory and the bank, looks like the 64 bit exe is looking for german and/or other language sound but not for the english sound
32bit exe works fine as complete english version of the game0 -
